How can I qualify for digital support?

You are eligible if:

• You are a journalist whose personal accounts or media outlet’s website have been hacked due to your journalistic work.
• You are a journalist who has been subjected to cyber extortion.
• You work in the media field and need digital security and safety consultations.

Is the support provided free of charge?

Yes, the Observatory covers all costs related to digital security consultations and assistance provided by experts to journalists. Some cases may also be referred for legal support if necessary.

Who can access the data?

We follow a strict policy to ensure data confidentiality. No one can access the information except the designated specialist. Apply here
